I was lucky and was chosen to trial the new pillow Bret has made available on his website Pur-Sleep.com.

It is the Regenesis Pillow made with buckwheat hulls. It is incredible. I usually toss and turn some during the night and have been waking with stiffness and soreness in my neck, upper back, and shoulder region. For the last three or so years I have been using a good quality memory foam pillow. I love my memory foam pillow and do not have any real problems sleeping with it except for the stiffness and soreness. I do know I do NOT want to go back to using regular pillows as they give me fits and never seem to give me a good nights sleep.

Well when Bret mentioned here on the forum he wanted a few members to try out his new pillow I jumped at the chance!! As many are already aware -- he makes great products and has excellent customer service. He generously offers these products to us to trial allowing us to better our treatment at his expense. Of course, then he is paid back by having unbiased opinions and suggestions about ways to improve his products by real users.

I used the pillow for the first time last night. Let me tell you -- it was way beyond my expectations. It was comfortable. It cradled my head with great support and this morning no soreness or stiffness. I was able to move, toss, and turn without problems with my mask. The pillow is well made with nice thick ticking that can be washed (after removing the hulls via the zippered opening), is a generous 4 inches thick and measure approximately 13 inches wide by 19 inches long -- regular pillow size. He included a pillowcase to boot and it is designed to accommodate the extra thickness of the pillow.

If you are looking for a great pillow -- please check out Bret's pillow. It does not have any divets cut out but I do not think you need them with this particular pillow.

If you have questions ask and I will try to answer them about my pillow. I will update this in a couple of days to let you know how the pillow continues to work.

I am not employed by Bret nor do I get paid for endorsements!! I am a cpap user like yourself that likes to hear about great products for our benefit at a reasonable price.

I was lucky- could not afford the Regenesis Pillow from Pur Sleep. Bought one that looked similar- quilted with boxed sides-
on Overstock.com for a good price with free shipping. It turned out to be the Regenesis pillow.

Wow!! Thanks for posting the above Mary. I wasn't aware that you could get it from other sources and with a cheaper price to boot!!
