What is a good AHI?. I have the problem with bloating when sleeping on my side, but get a average AHI of 6. Still I am miserable with the bloating waking me up a couple of times a night. When I sleep on my back I have no bloating, but get a average AHI of 12. I can get through a whole night on my back. I get my info from Encore Viewer.
