i waited to respond to see if anyone else would bite, but my answer to this is that that it's almost a trick question: only a small percentage of the population has 0 AHI all the time, every night. I think that some amount of sleep disordered breathing is "normal"
an AHI of below 5 is more the norm. most have some type of sleep disordered breathing at one time or another.
I did last night - hasn't happened before!
Congratulations! I've been working for this for a long time and haven't gotten close yet. Sigh.

I have never seen anyone with an AHI of 0. No one over 12 with an AHI under 1.
Hi - just had another night at zero - 2 in one week!
While I detest all the "stuff" that goes with CPAP it definitely works.
