You are titrating a patient on bi-level. The patient has slept well and you've found what seems to be the IPAP and EPAP needed for this patient. The patient has COPD. Can you adjust for Rise Time, Ti Maximum and Ti Minimum, Exhalation, Trigger and Cycle Sensitivity to improve therapy any further? Or is IPAP and EPAP need the extent of your titration?

Betchya this one "ain't" on the exam!!!! *wicked grin*

There is some really good stuff on CPAP, OSA, and COPD. I am sorry that I do not have time to go through it Randal. Here it is.

Ahhh, jnk, you can never irritate me. Even when I don't really want to hear what you are saying. *weak smile* I apologize for the temper tantrum.

I'm just not going to think about it anymore for awhile. My 3.10 arrived today so I may try installing that. Or I have some transcribing to do for our local genealogical society and maybe I'll go work on that again for awhile. Just something to help me cool off and cool down.

I hope you all understand if I just back off and occupy myself w/something that takes my mind off of how tired I am. I'm so tired of fighting a nap. .... There I go again ... genealogy here I come!!! It got me thru the Crohn's when it was so bad, it can get me thru this too.

By the way, just a brag. Did you know I had a book published? And not self-published either. Several years ago now. Old land records for a county back east. This current isn't a book, its a list of death records for our county to be posted to our county's genealogy website. Its more satisfying than a book as more people will have access to it. For free.
Thank you sir. This gives me a lot of reading and side roads to figure out what it is talking about. Thanks and I'm sure I'll have more questions.
I am sure that I will be able to find more studies. I can't help you change your pressures. Or can I tell you what to do. I will help you figure out what to ask though. Sometimes figuring out the question is the best part.
