Okay. I'm Off For The Next Two Days
This entire week has been a madhouse. Today was to be the only sane day. Only it wasn't and I was on the road again most of the day.
8 AM tomorow pre-op consult w/anesthesiologist, blood draw and maybe chest xray or not. Drop off data card to sleep lab. 12 Noon U of M COPD Research trial - six minute walk, blood draw, spirometry, stupid "mental state" questionnaire (gads, I hate them!) and 2 hour drive home again.
6 AM Friday to outpatient surgery center. 8 AM surgery - should be ready for release by 9:30 - 10 AM.
Then I will probably be a real b*tch for the next week. "Real" oral pain meds make me NAUSEOUS so I have to rely on good ole Tylenol. Thank goodness it likes me and usually takes good care of me.
