i have heard this too. can you remind us of the reason bananas are beneficial to people with sleep apnea?
One way that may help treat OSA is to increase the amount of a substance called phospholipids in the airway. Phospholipids help keep the throat open. It is known that bananas contain this substance, but what wasn’t known until recently was how long the phospholipids from bananas would last in the throat.

the effect last for sixs hours
What is wrong with the one you are currently smoking 99?

Bananas have a problem in that they are relatively high in carbohydrates, which can be a problem for people with blood sugar problems or are heading toward type 2 diabetes. One medium banana has: 26.9g of carbohydrate and 3g of fiber, for 23.9g net carbohydrate. Eating a banana before bed can also aggravate GERD and acid reflux.

A banana (the part that is eaten) is a fruit, not an herb. The banana tree is technically an herb, but the herbaceous part is not eaten.
thanks for the correction

done
