Yesterday I had some machine adjustments done due to RR at 8- 40s most nights via ResScan card through the mail).
They only things I can see they changed was putting the Ramp down from 45 to 20 and giving values to Ti Max and Ti min. I believe these have something to do with inspiratory effort from my manual. Does the % Spont T and % Spont C correspond to these numbers? The Ti Max is 2.0 s and the Ti Min is 0.3 s.
Both %Spont T and C were 0 this morning., RR was normal. My machine is the ResMed VPAP Auto 25 with pressure at inspiration up to 22, and expiratory pressure of 14, Resp support at 4. Y AHI an AI are still all over the place, last night AHI 31.1 and AI of 7.4, the night beore AHI 7.1 and AI 2.8.
I'm having trouble with mask leaks with my Mirage Quattro, but keep trying to get them under control

Thanks,
Mary Z.

Those are the maxiumum and minimum times, in seconds, given as a window for you to breathe in. The RT used a formula based on your breaths per minute to set those limits in order to help keep the machine in-sync with you as far as its ability to sense when to transition from breathe-in pressure to breathe-out pressure.
the T in the formula reprsents Time
