My DME called to say my Wisp had arrived.  Within 15 minutes I was back home with it.  It says to wash before use, so don't know if will be dry enough to try tonight.  But handling it and looking at it it looks like maybe be comfortable.   I hope so.  Updates after I use.

First night with Wisp was a little restless but have hopes. Going to get small cushion today & see if it helps with leaks. Will be back to share more. Like the style & size!

Just thought I would mention it helped me to watch the short video instructions for the Wisp. I found it works better if I wear it looser.

I didn't get the smaller one yet.  Thought I'd give it another night. I slept well, but had a stiff neck so it must have been leaking.  I will loosen the straps some tonight and also pick up the smaller cushion tomorrow.  The first night was rough!! I'm not quitting as I'm really wanting a change.

I  got my Wisp on April 4th.  It's still holding up well- the material of the mask itself is thin- not much substance to the thing.  I still am having good results leak wise.

Sounds good, Mary.  I changed my cushion after about 7 weeks but not sure I really needed to.  I am still in awe that I don't have to fit and refit every night to get it "just right".  I have the fabric frame.  Not sure about the silicone one.  And since I removed the small white button clips I don't even have any mask marks in the morning.  With some masks they were very prominent for MANY hours. So all in all, it is still the best so far for me.

I had leaks the night before last but don't think there were many last night. I did loosen up the mask some last night after getting your message, Ginny.  Is anyone using a fabric cushion liner? I am going to pick up the smallest cushion today so I can be certain the s/m is the correct size.  I have the fabric frame and have had some marks that disappear after about 1 hour.

I don't know if many others are using the plastic/silicone frame.  fabric just sounded better to me!  I tried the smallest cushion...way too small.  If you want I can mail an unused one to you! I keep the straps on the top tighter then the ones on the bottom and that does best for me.  I have some very, very minimal marks under my ear on neck which go away so quickly I don't mind them at all.  I used to hate to leave the house as I had such red long lasting marks all over ! Is you AHI doing well?

Thanks Ginny, I'll see how it works.  I didn't try anything on except the s/m and want to be sure the smaller isn't the best.  It maybe way too small, but I'm a little disappointed with my DME and decided to get the other cushion to show them there way of dispensing isn't always the correct way.

They were supposed to give you an unopened package that had three sizes of cushions.  Wonder what they charged for????  And then they will sell the opened cushions to someone else.  The Wisp advertises it comes with three sizes to try!!!  The smallest cushion looks to me would fit a child or someone with extremely small face/nose.

I'm anxious to see if they'll charge for parts instead of set. I picked up the smallest one today & was told they expected one back next week! I was told by lady that they'd use other cushions for other clients. Not sure what they'll do with cushion I used?! The smal one may be what I need, I'll try tonight.

I still don't think it's right.  If you have private insurance if they charged for a new mask it is supposed to have all three cushions in the packaging. They are never supposed to give a used one to a another customer!!!  Did you get a cardboard or paper sizing guide to help you decide which size might work best for you?

I agree!  Here in the UK if you purchase the mask yourself you should get ALL parts.  However, if we get them from the sleep clinic (which is free under the NHS) then you only get the bits you need.  If your insurance has paid for a brand new mask you should get everything.
