I've been on cpap for a couple years.

I've noticed for the last several months I've been really fatigued, sleepy, irritable and have had heart skipping or flutters during the day.

I also notice that I wake up during the night either with my mask off or my adjusting it.

I do have sinus problems and am frequently congested.

Does this sound familiar and can it cause my symptoms?

Thanks,

Jazzmynn

I was fatigued too. The doctor set up my pressure by 2 to 13, felt better in 2 days. Sinus problems are a universal concern it seems. Try adjusting humidity,  using Flonase (they make a generic now) or check your diet. Too much alcohol, especially sulfites in red wine can do it. They make a bacterial filter that goes between your hose and humidifier. You might need a full-face mask or hybrid one over your mouth also until you get uncongested.
Hi Jazzmynn, Are you taking omega 3 in any form? Do you have  "allergen " pillow case cover? mattress cover? Is your filter and the place it fits into clean? Has your diet changed? Have a new pet? carpet, paint, laundry soap......(.Is it invironmental or are you different in some way?) Good Sleep,Chris
Anytime you notice any type of fluttering or skipping sensation in your chest contact healthcare provider. Fatigue lack of sleep can cause this type of symptom but maybe related to other issues.
Contact your Sleep physician as well.
