Sorry to hear you're having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep; that doesn't happen very often to me. Sometimes when I'm better rested, I seem to have more trouble with my cpap gear, almost as if I'm usually too tired for the uncomfortable bits to bother me. Other times, the machine isn't giving me enough air, though mostly that's ok.
If you're not having those kinds of problems, think about when you're getting caffeine; I find that while I'm drinking something with caffeine, it seems like I have to keep sipping for it to be effective. However, hours later, I find that it keeps me from sleeping right. I'm not sure why that is since it feels like it was out of my system quite quickly. Complicated!
Thanks for the friend add! How did your sleep study go on Feb 8? I understand how sometimes it feels like you have to work so much harder to breath; frustrating sometimes.
Hi Deborah, If you are having pain just sitting there A call to your doctor is in order. Pain is a warning seek proper medical direction. With asthma as a comorbity your respritory doctor can fine tune your meds. A call to your doc is better than the ER. Good Sleep,Chris
