Is it really this difficult?

I was diagnosed about a month ago and got a machine a week ago.  My sleeping since has been awful.  I have to use melatonin to get to sleep at all, then wake up a couple hours later and just lie there listening to the mask and myself breathing.  Does it get easier?  I feel noticeably worse than I did before I got the machine.  Pretty sad to get something that viciously expensive and it just makes your life worse than it was before.  Sorry, I'm just completely bummed out.  I had high hopes for this and now. . .

Congrats, Donna, on a full night's sleep! I am so jealous! All I want in life is to sleep -- no other dreams or goals -- just to sleep.

Also, just wanted you and Don to know I just purchased the Contour pillow on your rave reviews. So here's hoping it helps and I haven't wasted $$$. I guess it will arrive sometime next week. I will keep you posted.

Mary, keep us posted on how you like the pillow, please.  I'm almost sold.   Tired of hanging over the edge of my pillow of sleeping on my back with my Fitlife Total Face Mask.

Hi Gang, The contour pillow has been very helpful to me.This sale price is good Bex.They come in three thicknesses this one only two.So you may be ok or have to go to a craft store and pick up a 1 inch thick foam to add to it heightwise.Good Sleep,Chris

Forty bucks!  Great price!  I got a whole night's sleep Sunday night, not so much last night, but I'm hoping for the best again tonight!  I think you'll like the pillow.

YAY MARY !!!!

You won't be sorry, the minute I laid my head on it I knew it would work. Also, it will soften up a little bit as you use it.

I truly hope this helps you sleep better, will keep my fingers and toes X'd for you :)

I saw those too on the website, I guess if you can't get your room super dark but, who needs more stuff attached to their head ! There's only so much room on the noggin. LOL

I thought those goggles were for the air that can annoy your eyes so much. I didn't even think they might be for the darkness.  Because that air that leaks can be pretty annoying.  Perhaps they are for both.

They Look like swimming goggles ...Why not put on two pirate patches? : ) A bit cheeper ??
