- Hi Tamara! I saw that you'd replied to the sinus discussion with some info re: nasal washings-I can't find the text of what you said. Would you mind sending it again? I have a Neti-pot but haven't been able to bring myself to use it. Seems too weird to me--not rational, I know! lol But I'd like to hear more about your thoughts on this topic.
