- Corrine, Welcme to SleepGuide. I hope you find answers to your questions here or from your doc, or a sleep doc. The symptoms of sleep apnea can be insidious. My neighbor is about your size and she has sleep apnea. Of course we can't give you a diagnosis here, but a sleep study would be a good idea.
