Religious About CPAP, but Not Feeling Alert
I've been consistently using my CPAP machine every night, and it's perfectly comfortable and I sleep throughout the night with it. I also have the latest equipment, and have been checking my numbers and my AHI and leak are low. Still, I'm not waking up feeling refreshed. No other health issues I'm aware of.

Well, PD, you've been around here nearly 10 months and if you've been compliant all this time I would expect you should be feeling better. Are you sleeping well? For about a week I've been having insominia and don't wake up feeling refreshed, either. I take Nuvigil as some CPAP users never get over their daytime sleepiness, but it doesn't make me wake up refreshed. Sounds like it's time for a Doctor's visit, could be a number off things from A to Z (anemia, hypothyroid, depression to name three). If it's been awhile since you've had a thorough physical it might be time, if your AHI is low it may not be CPAP related, but you never know.
