    What types of refreshments should we serve at these meetings? Last night we had bottled water, veggie plate and sweets. Got called out by one physician for serving sweets. Tempted to go health food only at future meetings.

    I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and started using a CPAP in the last week. I've noticed after 1 or 2 hours, I am throwing off the mask in the middle of the night.
