I know I have seen posts about ear plugs, but cannot remember which ones are supposed to be the best to drown out the noise one's breathing makes using these wonderful machines! Thanks!

And Happy New Year!

We use the Max Lite brand. They are inexpensive and work.

Also, I see from a quick look online, that there are many different types. And are they only one use ear plugs? Not sure what to buy.  There seemed to be a type with a cord, and one called low pressure. I am confused.

Thanks, and Happy New Year!

For sleeping, Hearos are very good, are reusable, and are inexpensive.

I bought the Xtreme Protection, $3.99 for 14 plugs at Walgreen's, http://www.walgreens.com/search/results.jsp?Ntt=hearos .

Your local WalMart store may also have them, http://www.walmart.com/ip/Hearos-Ear-Plugs-7-ct/10533247 .
