New Year's Resolution: Eating Right-Sleep Apnea (from Dr. Park Expert Interview series)

i listened to this tonight (ahead of schedule for me) and highly recommend it to everyone, whether you have Sleep Apnea or not.  The interview is filled with valuable information about how to eat properly and do so under realistic life circumstances.
Thanks, Mike for the link. I listened and although I practice most of it (especially protein at every meal) I was surprised to hear that mints weren't good for reflux. I always thought peppermint was good for the stomach. And once I started eating protein at every meal, and cutting back on processed foods I was able to lose 50 pounds. So it can work.
