Congrats Wayne! I have spent quite a bit of time in Scottsburg.
I know for me the wait between the titration study and actually having my own machine seemed forever.

Know that there is a learning curve and you will have some good nights along with some crummy nights when you first start. Some users take a while to adjust, while others take to it like a duck to water. Hopefully you will be in the last group.

Make sure that your mask fits right and do not be afraid to ask about the exchange policy your DME has. It seems for many of us finding the right mask is the key to good treatment. I know I went through a bunch of masks before settling on the one I use regularly. I used a local ad service, craigslist, cpapauction, and forum members to buy slightly used masks to save money. I cleaned them and used them without any problem. I know some are squeamish about using someone else's masks but for me it was a no brainer. I didn't have resources to keep purchasing new masks to simply find that a particular mask didn't work well for me.

Make sure you get a fully data capable machine so you can track your therapy with the help of your doctor (or without their help).
