I am delighted to announce that our friend Rock Hinkle has successfully passed his entrance examination and is now a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).  This credential represents the highest standard in the field of sleep technology, and Rock and his family have much to be proud of.

Please join me in congratulating Rock Hinkle.

Congratulations Rock. You know I am not big on licensing (BP was licensed to drill at 5000 ft. in the Gulf ;) ), but since that is the system you are working under, I say congratulations and best wishes to you.
Congratulations Rock............................OK, give up those answers.. My class is over this week, and I will be taking the test....anyone out there, all help will be accepted.

Thanks
Good Luck, Carol! If you're as well prepared a Rock you won't need any answers from him. LOL.

Carol do not sweat it. You have prepared for it and will pass it. I do have some study material if you would like them.

Glad I saw this. Congratulations Rock, you're gonna Rock as a sleep tech, with the qualities you demonstrate. Two thumbs up!
Congratulations, Rock!

May I ask a few questions? I am an RT, but new(ish) to the field (I graduated from RT school in 2007). I work for a DME company, but am interested in the "sleep study" part of the equation. How does one get trained as a sleep tech? How did you study to pass this credential? Is it required before one gets involved with being a sleep tech? How does one find a job as a sleep tech? Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have!

Attaboy Rock!
