54 ....again, thanks to CPAP
Was on 5 hypertension drugs and 65 pounds heavier than I am now....enjoy life now!! And look forward to birthdays!

36 now. Was just turning 32 when diagnosed. Probably first noticed that I was stopping breathing if sleeping on my back and really exhausted about 5-8 years before that.

I am 55 and will be 56 in May. I was dxed in August of 2007 and have used my apap every night since. Wouldn't dream of going without it.
I, too, feel that I have had sleep apnea most of my adult life.
