Well after changing to the right size nasal pillows and putting them on right side up, I slept like a baby last night. I'm still not thrilled with my numbers though. I'm still around 12 AHI. What could be the problem? I was at 37 w/o cpap during my sleep study, so it's definitely an improvement. I have an APAP machine (Resmed S8 AutoSet™ II).
