Not breathing while awake

I sometime find myself not breathing while awake, its like I have to remind myself to breath. Could this be coming from my central apnea?

I don't have the answer, but I too have noticed the same thing.To me it almost seems like I have forgotten to breath, but am I holding my breath? I sometimes seem to breath out of rythum, and have inhailed when taking a sip of something.I'll be interested in others comments on the subject. Susan

OMG, I have the same symptoms. Do you have central apnea?
