I just learned how to use my new software (sort of) for the ResMed Autoset. I am still not sure if I am using it correctly. I wanted to retrieve the detailed data, Judy gave me some great instructions which really helped. This software has a lot of capabilities. I wanted to post my report before I meet with my doc on Friday so if you see something out of the ordinary I can bring it to her attention. I am new at this so I appreciate your feedback. Thanks as always.

I don't know how to attach more that three files..? So I will add the other files in a new post.

Why so many events on the 12th bee? What is your pressure on now?
My settings are 8 and 12. When I look at the daily data on the machine I see the pressure is usually at 10.4 or so, around that.
So it is good that I moved it from 6 and 8 to an 8 and 12. My sleep study said it should be at an 11. I don't know why I would have more events on one night than another, and why was that one spike at 45 or something.

I don' know how to analyze the significance of the readings. Thanks for your thoughts on this.

This looks good. you seem to have a spike in events between 3-4 am which is common with sleep and REM cycles. I can only guess but I would imagine that is what is happening early in your night as well. You are hitting your first REM cycle and it is taking your machine a minute to catch up with the events. Overall I would say your therapy is going very well.
I really love this CPAP in general. It is easy to breathe, the EPR makes it so much more comfortable. I made a hose-cozy so I don't get the rain-out in my hose anymore. My room is cold at night. I wake up in the night and don't even hear my CPAP it is so quiet and for a minute I forget that I have it on. :>D thanks. I guess it is doing the job.

I'm looking to get a ResMed AutoSet II myself. Is it still going well for you?
I LOVE IT!!!!!!! It is quiet, the EPR feature is amazing, it is perfect. And I have the newest software and data card reader. So I know exactly how it is working. I have it on Autoset, so most of the time my pressure is at about 10.4-10.8 and my titration sleep study was at an 11. So I have it set at 8-12. It provides nightly data which I jot down each morning. I have most nights at 0.0 AI and 3.5- 4.5 HAI. 0.00 leak rate.

It is the best, I am glad my insurance company had no problem providing it for me! ANd I LOVE your Oxygen Pillow... :>D
You are a rock star sleep apnea patient! Those numbers are incredible. Much to your credit for taking control and educating yourself on the best equipment. Glad you like the Oxygen Pillow from ApneaLife. I use it myself every night -- going away this weekend to a friend's summer home and I'm taking it with me. That's how serious I am about this pillow!
