Not getting results
After a layoff of not using the cpap, I resumed about a month ago. I am not snoring, however, I don't feel any more rested. Early to mid afternoon I feel exausted. I wonder if the air preasure needs to be adjusted or is there something else wrong. Any suggestions?

How long has it been since you last used your machine? Any major life changes such as weight gain or loss? Which machine do you have?

I sleep with a bucky sleep mask and bed pillow and i now sleep like a rock!

It's a REMstar Pro. I don't know if it's fixed or variable. The mask is new. How do you get a download for leaks or pressure? My wife say's I'm not snoring. I have not gained significant weight.

I did not use it for over a year. I have been using it for about 5 week. It's REMstar Pro. I may have gained 5 pounds.

I think we have the same machine. I'm still waiting for my new titration results, but I think either my machine stopped putting out the right amount of pressure or my pressure needs increased, even without significant weight change. I definitely recommend telling your doctor! You might need a new titration.
