No, I meant how did you get such low AHI numbers?
gosh, that's a long story. you're seeing the fruition of almost 2 years of giving up, getting back in the saddle, then troubleshooting, adapting, learning and problem solving. so although it did happen overnight, as this night's data shows, it didn't happen overnight ;-)

i went through 4 or 5 masks to get comfortable with xPAP therapy, and to get my leak rate down; i scoured the earth for a pillow that would be supportive enough so that my mask didn't sink into it at night (shameless plug: the Oxygen Pillow at ApneaLife), i threw out my old cpap machine to get an auto-adjusting machine; i turned on the A-Flex feature then weaned myself off it; I played around with different pressures until i got the ideal pressure range (10-12 for me on most nights). all the while, i tracked my data with software -- looking at it every few weeks, and working with my doctor to up the pressure to an ideal range to zero out as many events as possible. if something went haywire one night, i'd go to the software and look at my results and try to deduce what it was, then make an adjustment based on my deduction. the whole thing is like a giant jigsaw puzzle. the pieces fit together. but it's up to you to do the work to figure out how. this forum is a great place to get support along the way.

DD, I used Encore Pro too. The way to get the daily events per hour section is just to run a report on just 1 night's sleep, setting the start date and the end date to make that happen. Then run the report and voila, you should have this detailed level of data. did that work for you?
