Truth be told, I don't sleep with any of these gadgets myself. I already think cpap is enough machinery to be tethered to at night - not to mention my anti teeth grinding mouthpiece.

I know someone who uses a Fitbit. It's for athletes but it has a sleep component. It's worn on the wrist. It gives quite a bit of data. She also uses it to tell which masks work best. I wish it measured overnight oxygen levels but it won't for $99. <G>
