All,

I came across this device purely by accident, while searching for a Spirometer for my Dad.   This research is significant.   I encourage you review the 'Blog' as well.   Dr. Steven Park also had a Webinar featuring the founder of the Buteyeko breathing method.  This device utilizes those principals.

Well, in the interim the body (particularly the cells) are being deprived of oxygen.  This device enables the body to utilize oxygen more efficiently, which is a significant consequence of long-term apnea.   I really do enjoy this site and the forum that it enables, but I often find it turns into a 'sick room' with patients going round and round in circles.

It's all about '2 steps forward 1 step back'

Healthy Regards

Jay, I didn't mean to contribute to the sick room atmosphere of the forum.  If we aren't willing to look at and try new methods who should we expect to do it for us- the people who sell our machines?

I deleted that  post as a negative post with no place on a positive, relief seeking forum.

One reason we seem to go in circles is because we do.  There are new people starting every day and starting from scratch.  We rely on our more experienced members to help them, but still have to keep it interesting for older members.

That's where the  Buteyeko breathing method comes in- thinking ouside of the box, not from the sickroom, but from a place of experimentation.
