Restless sleep

I have been using my bipap machine for about 18 months. Recently my sleep is very restless and I am waking up alot. Any suggestions?

How old is your sleep mask? What brand and model CPAP do you have? Do you know if it is fully data capable and if so do you know how to access that data?

You could be experiencing more leaks than previous due to your mask aging, it could be you need a slight pressure adjustment, it could be a new medication or change in medication dosage, it could be ....

The data from your CPAP will tell us a lot if it is fully data capable. Just because it has a data card does NOT mean it is fully data capable. We would have to know brand and model to say for sure if it is fully data capable and if patient access to that data is possible.

Hi Mike, A few questions. Are you consuming coffee ,sugar or carbs in quantity? close to bed time?

Are you taking any suppliments that might have any stimmulants? Are you exercising late in the day? Is your sleeping area completly dark ? Good Sleep,Chris
