Hi Rob, when I take my mask off at night it's because I can't breathe from my allergies. If we can't get air in through our noses self preservation will kick in :-). You might want to check your filters maybe they need cleaning.
you might want to try a sinus rinse at night. do you feel congested/ stuff up at all before you go to sleep?
im not stuffed up or any thing be for i go 2 bed .. i will sleep good then i would wake up with it not on .. then i put it back on and fall back 2 sleep .. its jest i dont no when i take it off .
i wonder if your mask is leaking and that the leak is causing you to remove your mask without you even you knowing it. can you post the data report from your machine (usually generated by a doctor, but available to you if you have the proper software/card reader) so that we can look at it and give you our thoughts?

This is actually fairly common in new users. Your body is still adjusting to therapy and with time the mask should stay put.

Have you thought about putting a couple of strips of tape on the mask and face so that when you do pull it off it will give a tug and wake you? This might help to let you know when you are taking if off and make you aware of any problems you maybe having with the mask. Do not use heavy duty tape cause you don't want to damage the seal.

Are you using nasal pillows, nasal or full face mask?

If using a nasal pillow or nasal mask you might be mouth breating and all of the air is escaping from your mouth. If that is the case you are still having apneas and your body is responding by pulling the mask off as your body sees it as something foreign. This is just a guess on my part.
im useing a full face mask and no i dont have a pillow what u r talking a bout .. i jest have a reagler pillow im useing .. i was going 2 git one but thay want $80.00 for 1 and i dont have the money for one right now
