You could request an airlift of the CPAP to the boat... ;-) Barring that, if your positional sleep apnea makes you most vulnerable on your back you must do what you can to prevent that sleeping position. Try sewing a plastic water bottle into the back of a snug t-shirt to keep you from turning over onto it. If you can rig a good wedge system or raise the head of your bunk 20-30 degrees that could also help.

You could always buy another cheap cpap machine. One that might not have all the features like the one you probably have at home, but one that will do the job and is good for travel. Have it preconfigured and delivered with necessary hoses/mask to one of the stops on your sailboat trip :) Sounds like you could use a travel one anyway!
There are reputable companies also selling used ones for discounts that are properly sanitized. Hope this helps!
