I am curious to know if those of you with sleep apena avoid night flight and why.  After three years on a CPAP I have not flown an overnight flight.  I use my CPAP religiously and even when I nap,  I live in Hawai`i.  If I fly to the Mainland Mid-West or the East Coast and want to get there without an overnight on the West CoastI must take a night flight out of Hawaii.

Hi Michael, What carrier do you use? The web sight or customer service phone should be able to tell you if you can plug in or, use a battery pack if you have a dc input on your machine.Good Sleep,Chris
I would be using United Airlines.  Thank you for that info, Chris H.
Chris H., I just emailed United Airlines our carrier of choice.  We will see what they have to say.
