What is a reasonable number of leaks.
I haven't been feeling rested for the last several weeks. When I look at the Encore Viewer report my leak rate is averaging 44. I just had to switch from a nasal mask to a full face mask and I have had to make them really, really tight to try to get the leaks under control.
I've tried the Liberty, the Quatro in a small and medium and a Comfori Gel. I've boiled the Comfort Gel twice in an attempt to make it fit. HELP Pat Kniel

Good advice, great job about "laying down" to fit, many people miss that.
Another good method (for nasal masks or FFM).
Sit in your chair, with your mask and tube, straps all connected and interfaced c your PAP, now loosen all the straps to where you have to hold the mask on your face to keep if from falling in your eyes, Now turn the machine on.
There is a small dot in your mask usually, right in the center of the nose area, this is a "Mold mark" From when the mask was made from a mold for a FFM, on nasal masks it's usually the part the hose connects to, but, where it is meeting the mask, then curves down...on that curve.
Now with air blowing everywhere you will apply pressure to the mask, gently until you hear it get really quite, unless you have the dexterity of a master, you will need someones help on the next part. Holding the mask to the "quite spot" Tighten the straps (All of them) to where they are just barely snug. Now with the mask on and lightly tightened, look at you belly button area, it is going to leak like you never adjusted....do the same steps, push LIGHTLY until it is quite, and re-adjust the straps to lightly snug the mask. Now when you look straight ahead, it may feel a little tight, but we do not sleep in that position, when you lay on the bed supine, your head will be (lowered if you were still standing) so the mask will fit perfectly, you may need to make a final adjustment, but as mentioned...Do Not Over tighten.
BAM! Perfect mask fit.
