Marke, my personal experience as a layperson has been anything but normal as I've had a lot of problems. My sleep doctor says to come back once a year unless I'm having problems. He's never mentioned how often I should have a sleep test. I wouldn't think a machine pressure change would be necessary unless you didn't feel good. A new machine every five years or more.
