- I have no doubt that our wonderful companions have souls. No one, animal or human could give so much and have such personality and not have a soul. I'm sorry you lost your dog. I fully expect to see all my dogs past and present in heaven. In fact I read in some religious book that God will redeem every one of us, no matter how evil on earth, and I truly believe that. God is not dog spelled backwards accidently. LOL!

- Scott, my dog Max, is no longer the puppy he was in that picture, but a three year old, 42 lb, mixed breed. He seems to have some chou in him (black spots on tongue) and is partly a water dog- he loves to swim and is in the pool every day.
