amethyz, as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum. We are a support group where those who have sleep apnea and their families and friends can find support. Though sometimes we need a doc involved we find many problems can be solved with feedback from other members. In order to keep the forum fresh, lively and, exciting I highly encourage our new members to post- I'm glad you've jumped right in posting. A forum is only as active as it's members. All discussions can be reached from the main page.
In your profile you say you may have sleep apnea and are using CPAP- that would make a good intro post if you feel like explaining why you're not sure you have SA.
