I use bottled saline solution. I feel congested most of the time. Especially after I wake in the morning, the sinus begin to drain thick mucus.

I am 60 have been on CPAP since 2003. Sleep apnea caused by a rare blood cancer, I developed tumors in my throat and airways. The sleep apnea was diagnosed quickly but it was 2007 before the cancer was diagnosed.
