Thea, as a fellow member of the forum I would like to welcome you to SleepGuide. I'm glad you are already contributing. Good luck when you get the results of your study. If you go on CPAP we can guide you along the way, give encouragement, and help solve problems if you have them. CPAP takes a trememdous commitment and amount of determination to use the machine all night, every night and naps. That is the only way to get the full benefit of the machine. Think positively and prepare yourself!
