I just wanted to followup with you to let you know that I did go back to a sleep doctor after having gone 5 years without seeing anyone. Things were ok, other than he did switch me from a nasal mask to face. What a difference! It's been like night and day for me. I now sleep the whole night through without feeling like I'm suffocating, and I don't have the stuffiness like I did before. I really appreciate your suggestions, and I'm glad that I followed up. I now feel a lot better during the day, and it keeps getting better as each day goes by. I hope it continues.
I'm really glad for this forum, and the help and support that is offered here.
