Help sought

I'm not too computer-literate, so I'm just going to put out an SOS for anyone who might have the time to help me. I've used cpap for 2 1/2 years, but I still wake up frequently during the night. I can't sleep much in a sleep study and was so miserable trying to fall asleep that I don't want to have another study (which I believe my doctor will require to make any changes). I would like to experiment on my own and see if I can help myself. I have increased my cpap pressure (after learning how to do that on a website) but am afraid to keep doing it. Thanks to any and all who might be of help. Oh, I am SO TIRED of being tired.

Susan do you have the software to monitor your therapy? If not can you read the LCD screen and post the numbers?

That will help us in answering whatever questions you have.
