C-pap or Bi-level treatment is still the gold standard as far as treatment. I have found the mask to be the key to great therapy and comfort. If you have an ill fitting mask -- it becomes frustrating and treatment isn't effective as much. How long have you had your current mask? Does it fit properly? Do you leak from your mouth?
