This is a series of 10 videos by Dr. Rapoport at a New York A.W.A.K. E. meeting that does a good job of explaining the different modalities for treating OSA. I have watched five- it is an investment in time, but very educational. One thing I learned that research on the different modalities (CPAP, Bilevel, AUTO, SENSAWAKE, ASV) is on-going and there are not that many studies yet. I think you would enjoy the series and find it answers some of your questions.
