I have been on cpap for going on two years and have no clue what any of that is about..........my doctor has said nothing to me about this. I would love to be informed on my stats.
I'm out of that age range as I am 67 now but after more than a year of extreme depression I was referred to a sleep apnea specialist who never tested me or anything, just said you're depressed, go to a psychiatrist.
I got my cpap a year and a half ago................have had no follow up...........have never seen a "doctor" even thru the testing in the lab etc. Of course I have to pay the copyay for seeing a "specialist". Was never told anything more than it is…
I have sleep apnea, hypothyroidism and early stage diabetes.....................wish I had you for a doctor as I am overweight also. Eat healthy too...................

I am 60 have been on CPAP since 2003. Sleep apnea caused by a rare blood cancer, I developed tumors in my throat and airways. The sleep apnea was diagnosed quickly but it was 2007 before the cancer was diagnosed.
