Nate, as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum. I see from your profile that you may have sleep apnea. There is a lot of information on the site about sleep apnea. You can also start a new discusssion with any questions you may have. Sleep apnea can only be diagnosed by a sleep study either at home or in the lab. I urge you to get tested and treated if necessary.
