I don't understand your situation. With an open tracheal stent you cannot have OSA. Is your trachea collapsing? Sounds like your ENT physician should be able to fix your problem.

Are you sure you are not having central apneas confusing the issue?

I know a good ENT doc who I could recommend, if you need it. His name is Dr Seven Park and his website is: www.doctorstevenpark.com. If you are closer to the Atlanta area, there is another ENT doc there who I think knows his stuff.
