John, your pressure support must be the same, or less than your max EPAP plus the max Pressure Support up to the limit of the machine. So if your machine limit (highest pressure) is 25 and your Max EPAP is 8, your Max pressure support would be 17 making your max IPAP 25. I hope this explains things.
Good to hear from you.
Hi John, I don't have any official title on the site. I am a member of ther SleepGuide Crew and try to welcome all the new folks. The more members we have posting the better- we seem to have quite a few lurkers. Glad you are already posting.
Thanks for your message,

John, this is the place for ranting. I'm sorry CPAP has not been working for you. Please start a new discussion with exactly what you told me and you should get some good feedback. Often people with sleep apnea have reflux. I hope you are being treated. Good luck with the surgery consult. We generally consider surgery as a last resort, but it sounds as though you are desperate. Please start a new discussion and see if we can help with some of your issues with the CPAP, and reflux. Or I can start it for you with your permission. I don't have to even use you name, but can just copy what you wrote to me. Let me know.
How long have you had the machine? the Adapt SV is a heavy duty machine. Were you ever able to sleep through the night with the machine?
Please let us try and help.
It was good to hear from you. I wish things were going better. Lots of people have been where you are.

John, thanks for the friend request. I can always use a new friend.
