Many of us do not have good experiences with various medical professions and at times can seem harsh and "mean" towards professionals. In my experience, those that join forums are in the minority and truly care about patients.
I am so glad you joined and hope you will join in the discussions as you feel like it. If at times, users question "the professional" or seem blunt with their experiences try not to take it personal and remember that member probably had a bad experience of their own.
