- Hi Evelyn,tried to send you message, but not sure if you will get it ok, because of the way I have my settings. I think your doctor might have been trying to stabilise your asthma etc before sending you for a sleep study. A sleep study will be more effective then. Go back and talk to your doctor and get your medication sorted. If you understand what your doctor is trying to do, it might feel less frustrating. Good luck, Lisa.
