Hi, Claudia! Don't give up. I have used 6 different masks in the last 2 years. I have claustrophobia, sleep on my side, and breathe through my mouth. None of my masks fits perfectly or is as quiet as I'd like it. All of them blow air out in an annoying way to keep the carbon dioxide from building up. It takes giving myself a pep talk every night to put the mask on and keep it on. Sometimes I don't make it, but it is worth it when I do.

Even a little bit of use helps me; the more, the better. I have gone from days as a zombie to days without sleepiness. I now have days with energy to do what I want, days with a much greater ability to cope with life.

It takes a while to overcome the sleep deficit you've been building much of your life. Don't give up and do keep trying. It will be worth it.
