Anna, on behalf of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum. We are a support group for people, their families, and friends whose lives have been impacted by sleep apnea. The "About" section of the forum reached from the top of the page lists our mission statement, and active discussions can be reached from the main page.
