I have a cold and the air from the c pap is aggravating the post nasal drip and I can't use c pap. Any suggestions for a good antihistamine?.

I have allergies and use generic Zyrtec every day.

Thank you Ginny. I will try that. I don't know if it will work for a cold, but it's worth a try. Thanks

Yes, I've heard Zyrtec is good.  I take WalMart Chlor-tabs (Chlorpheniramine Maleate)- it'd just a four hour duration pill.  I hate that nasal drip.  One thing that has helped me a lot was taking the humidifier off the machine.  When I put it back on I start having sinus trouble and the post nasal drip.

I seem to do better most of the time without humidification, too!

Thanks for the help. I am going to try it without humidity.
